If for some reason there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with Assumpta by email at thestitchedupgifts@gmail.com or by phone on 087 6855821. We will always do our very best to resolve the issue.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, personalised gifts made according to custom specifications may not be returned unless they have been incorrectly processed by Stitched Up Gifts. If we have made an error we will discuss repairing or refunding the item. If the error was made on the information you provided, there may be additional charges to repair or replace the item.

Because our items are personalised with a name, DOB etc, we ask that you take extra care when entering the required details.
